CAN the government and our local councils please extend much needed help for animal welfare?
At the moment the solution for complaints against dogs is to capture and dump them not neutered or vaccinated, on some obscure faraway place, abandoned there to survive on their own! Is this the only solution the government can think of?
A quick fix, get rid of said dog, out of sight out of mind.
