Kota Kinabalu: The State Government is committed to bringing Sabah to a better and more advanced level in line with the concept of Malaysia Madani initiated by the Unity Government.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said this commitment was translated into the Development Plan for Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) which emphasised the empowerment of education and training, the empowerment of the economic sector and the strengthening of relations and understanding between the multi-racial, religious and cultural communities in the State.
“We are truly grateful because Sabah has been given an abundant source of sustenance. In addition to sustenance in the form of crops and livestock, this blessed land is also overflowing with the blessings of a beautiful environment in addition to other natural resources such as oil and gas.
