PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pix) said the federal government could easily save up to RM3 to RM4 billion at the bare minimum or RM10 billion at the highest level.
Having been in office for less than two months, the Prime Minister said he had already identified how the government could have saved RM3 billion to RM4 billion had it been more careful with its procurement procedures under the defence ministry.
