Attention all gamers, the biggest and the badest game has made its return. Rockstar games has announced the release date for the new Grand Theft Auto series which is Grand Theft Auto VI. In the recent trailer released by Rockstar Games it was mentioned that this game would be released worldwide on June 2026 across all console platforms.Due to the fact that the GTA series is a hit every time, Rockstar games decided to broaden the series by realising GTA 6.
This game consists of two main characters one male and one female. The male being Jason Duval and the female being Lucia Caminos. Not to mention that they are a couple who work together in many criminal activities for their benefits. First and foremost, Jason Duval is a veteran soldier working under drug smugglers and Lucia is a newly released prisoner who spent jail time for saving her family. Despite being the most anticipated game, many fans were outraged with the game’s release date as it was initially supposed to be released for Fall 2025. Since the game is still in development, Rockstar games decided to delay the release date to Summer 2026 but it’s maybe for the good for the fans.
Although the release date is being pushed, since it’s a billion dollar project it makes sense for Rockstar Games to delay the game. On the bright side the fans would at least get a better and more top notch gaming experience. So our opinion, we feel it’s worth the wait.
