Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann was delighted proving the matchwinner against Athletic Bilbao.
Griezmann appreciated the support of Atleti fans on the day.
He said, "It was a very important match, we have to continue like this and then we'll see where we are at the end.
"They played better in the first half, but with a few changes in the second half we did better. I wanted to score a goal.
"I had the chances and I fought. The ovation filled me with pride: the work and the sacrifice paid off, I will continue to give my best on the pitch."
