Kota Kinabalu: Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) is actively laying the groundwork in preparation for the state election due next year.

The eight-party coalition, led by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, is focusing on strengthening unity among its grassroots, particularly in key constituencies like Kiulu.

GRS Information Chief Datuk Joniston Bangkuai emphasised the importance of solidarity, saying a strong united front is crucial for the coalition’s success.

Speaking at a recent GRS gathering in Kiulu, Joniston highlighted the need for all parties to work together, handle differences maturely and resist opposition tactics aimed at weakening the coalition.
