RANAU: The victory of the Sabah People’s Coalition (GRS) in the 15th General Election (GE15) is very important in the State Government’s continued efforts to demand and obtain Sabah’s rights enshrined in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).
Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam said several successes have been achieved in this effort since GRS-BN took over the reins of the State Government, among which the best was including MA63 in the Federal Constitution.
“This makes MA63 a valid document in the Federal Constitution and enables Sabah to claim all the rights enshrined in MA63.
