LAHAD DATU: A GRS-Warisan merger may be necessary to accomplish the same goal, which is to serve Sabahans and the State.

“However, the decision rests with the Warisan Supreme Council,” said Lahad Datu Member of Parliament Datuk Mohd Yusof Apdal.

He said if there was need for cooperation among existing Sabah parties, we (Warisan) are always open for discussion.

He was commenting on the statement by GRS Chairman and Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor that he would not part with his partners in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition and Barisan Nasional that forms the state-level unity government in the next state election.
