Kota Kinabalu: First-time house buyers now have the opportunity to take up a government scheme that guarantees 100pc payment for housing loans via Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan (SJKP) under the Federal Ministry of Finance (MOF) to the banks.
Sabahans are under-utilising the facility.
Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) President Datuk Sr. Chua Soon Ping said they must grab this opportunity under the RM2 billion scheme offered till the end of this year.
