Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has shrugged off Chelsea's mega spending.'
Guardiola used Chelsea's splurge to defend their own work.
He joked: "It's none of my business. It's a surprise because this is not a state-owned club. We've won 11 trophies in the past five years, including four Premier League titles, being the fifth or sixth most spent team in the league.
"It's none of my business what Chelsea does. We know what we need to do. When you don't have good players, you have to spend. Regarding the market now, I can say 'wow'.
"But that's none of my business. There are rules, and I have not forgotten that eight or nine teams have written a letter to expel us from the Champions League. Although we are fifth in spending."
