Gwyneth Paltrow has shared why she is anxious about her children going to college.

When her youngest child, 18-year-old son Moses Martin, heads off to study later this year, the Hollywood star will officially be an empty nester.

“It’s kind of giving me a nervous breakdown, if I’m honest,” Paltrow admitted during the keynote panel at the In Goop Health Summit.

“I started being like, ‘Oh my God, and I need to quit my job and I need to sell my house and I need to move.’ It’s sort of putting things into turmoil.”

She has already seen her daughter, Apple Martin, off to college.
