A masterful storyteller … the team of writters' work is a great reminder that the rules for running a strong business and creating value haven't changed. It doesn't matter if we have a perfect product or services, engineering and flight operation plan, and marketing pitch; we will still need the right talented people to lead & implement those plans. It is an entertaining, insightful look at its management.
