Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor condemned violence and chaos in any form during the 15th General Election following a riot that reportedly occurred after Parti KDM president Datuk Peter Anthony's nomination was rejected in Tenom.
The GRS chairman, in a media statement, asked the public, especially party supporters, not to be emotional and to remain calm to ensure a smooth election.
He urged the authorities to investigate the cause of the incident.
