
Kota Kinabalu: The upcoming meeting between Sabah's leadership and the Federal Government on September 12 here is expected to be an important step towards resolving long-standing concerns related to the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).
"The meeting, which will be chaired by the Prime Minister, aims to address and resolve several pending matters within the agreement," said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, who is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim here.
"We hope to unravel and successfully address several issues within the MA63," Hajiji said Tuesday.
