Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor had prior warning through a third party of what may happen to the State Government if he did not back down and approve Prospecting Licences sought by a cartel, Daily Express reliably learnt.

However, if Hajiji should approve the PLs, the businessman promised not to “destroy the government” but give the State administration full backing.

Advertisement“Despite the threats, Hajiji stood his ground. He is not shaken by attempts to unseat the GRS-PH State Government and is determined to save Sabah from being destroyed by crooks,” the source said.

Realising that Hajiji would not budge, they decided there was no choice but to bring him down at all costs to achieve what they want.
