Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor has urged local contractors to work hand-in-hand with Petronas to ensure greater oil and gas revenue sharing for Sabah in the whole value chain.
This included upstream activities, liquidiefied natural gas, Petronas Chemicals Group Berhad and oil and gas services.
"Sabah state government and Petronas have set targets. I look forward to Petronas's continuing leadership and commitment to supporting the local contractor participation in the oil and gas services business," he said during the commemoration of Sabahan vendors' participation in the oil and gas services equipment (OGSE) industry at the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort and Spa, here, today.
Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun delivered Hajiji’s speech, according to a statement.
