Newcastle United loan star Lewis Hall's permanent move to the club is almost complete.
Hall signed on an initial loan with an obligation to buy from Chelsea last summer.
However, the deal did require Newcastle to finish in a specific position in the table.
They only needed to finish 15th or higher to secure Hall, per Chronicle Live.
Given the Magpies' recent form, they are all but guaranteed to achieve that feat.
The 19-year-old has not been a regular this season, but is working his way into the team.
