
Netflix is once again diving into the twist-filled world of Harlan Coben with I Will Find You, an adaptation of the bestselling author’s 2023 thriller novel of the same name. The upcoming limited series marks the first US-based adaptation under Coben’s long-running partnership with Netflix, and if its trailer is anything to go by, it already looks packed with thrilling moments, family secrets and shocking revelations.
The eight-episode series follows David Burroughs, a man serving a life sentence for murdering his son — until new evidence surfaces suggesting the child might still be alive! Harlan Coben’s I Will Find You on Netflix: Who is in the cast?
The series is led by Avatar star Sam Worthington, who plays imprisoned father David Burroughs. Britt Lower, who won an Emmy in 2025 for her performance in Severance, stars as Rachel Mills, an ex-reporter (and David’s former sister-in-law) who uncovers the clue that reignites the mystery. Milo Ventimiglia also joins the cast as Hayden, Rachel’s ex-boyfriend who belongs to a wealthy Boston family.
The supporting ensemble includes Logan Browning, Erin Richards, Jonathan Tucker, Chi McBride, Madeleine Stowe and Clancy Brown.

The I Will Find You trailer (and what it teases)
Netflix recently dropped the first I Will Find You teaser trailer, and it leans heavily into the emotional and psychological tension fans have grown to expect from a Harlan Coben adaptation.
We see David receiving a shocking photograph from Rachel during a prison visit — one that appears to show his supposedly dead son as possibly being alive! The teaser also hints at a desperate prison escape, an FBI pursuit, and a conspiracy that appears to be much larger than David had imagined.
What is the release date of Harlan Coben’s I Will Find You?
Netflix has officially confirmed that I Will Find You will premiere on June 18, 2026. The limited series will consist of eight episodes and is expected to continue Netflix’s successful streak of adapting Coben’s mystery novels.
