Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Tan Sri Harris Mohd Salleh has applied to the courts in both Malaysia and Australia for permission to commence judicial review proceedings that will lead to making the findings of the respective investigations into the Nomad aircraft crash of June 6, 1976 being made public.
The plane crash in Sembulan that day killed then newly-elected Chief Minister Tun Fuad Stephens, four State ministers and six others.
Harris filed the leave application on July 1 naming Chief Secretary of the Government of Malaysia, the Minister of Transport and the Government of Malaysia as respondents.
