New Masters of the Universe trailer previews Prince Adam’s return to Eternia and his battle against Skeletor
THE official international trailer for Masters of the Universe has been released ahead of the film’s international cinema debut on June 4, 2026.
The live-action feature from Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Studios is based on the long-running Masters of the Universe franchise. Sony Pictures International Releasing will handle the film’s international release.

Directed by Travis Knight, the film brings Prince Adam back to Eternia after 15 years away. Guided by the Sword of Power, Adam returns to find his home under the rule of Skeletor.
To save his family and his world, Adam must reunite with his allies Teela and Duncan, also known as Man-At-Arms, while accepting his destiny as He-Man.

The film stars Nicholas Galitzine, Camila Mendes, Alison Brie, James Purefoy, Morena Baccarin, Johannes Haukur Johannesson, Charlotte Riley, Kristin Wiig, Jared Leto and Idris Elba.
