The hardest part of a loving father’s life is to give away his daughter on her wedding day.
So, can you image how a father would feel upon finding out that his daughter, who he had doted on since she was born, had been beaten up by her husband?
The MALAYSIA MOST VIRAL Twitter page recently showcased a heartbreaking video of an Indonesian man, who had gone to comfort and bring his daughter home, after her husband had severely abused her.
They wrote, “This video is so sad. The father came to pick up his daughter who had been beaten up by her husband. Look lah for a good man to make into a husband.”
In the video, the father could be seen approaching his daughter as a group of people sat around and watched the scene unfold.
He then cupped her insanely swollen face and he kissed her forehead.
As the father continued to show his daughter affection, she started to cry, which then made her father cry as well.
“If you no longer love her, don’t hurt my child. Return her to me,” the video read.
At this point, they had both broken down and were comforting each other as the daughter wiped her father’s tears and he held onto her.
We genuinely hope that the father takes his daughter far, far away from her husband, where they can take care of each other without heartbreak and misery.
