MANILA, Philippines — Heavy traffic is expected along the North Luzon Expressway on Sunday, April 19, as music fans head to the Philippine Arena complex in Bulacan for the star-packed Summer Blast 2026.

The event will be held from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Philippine Arena and the Philippine Sports Stadium.
