Pete Hegseth reacted angrily over questions about Donald Trump’s mental stability as he was shown the president’s Jesus meme at a Congressional hearing.
The Defense Secretary was confronted by California Democrat Sara Jacobs during his appearance before the House Armed Services Committee about the Commander-in-Chief’s erratic behavior, including posting an AI-generated meme of himself as Christ.
Hegseth deflected the question, saying he would not engage with the “level of disparagement” on Trump and instead asking if the Congresswoman had asked the same questions of former president Joe Biden.
