A helium gas cylinder explosion at Medan Selera Sungai Ramal in Kajang damaged two stalls and three cars, with no injuries reported.
KAJANG: Three vehicles and two stalls were damaged after a helium gas cylinder exploded at Medan Selera Sungai Ramal.
Kajang District Police chief ACP Naazron Abdul Yusof said police received a report about the explosion at 1 pm, with no fatalities or injuries reported.
“Initial investigations found that the incident did not involve criminal elements,” he said in a statement.
Naazron added that the cause and the total losses are still being investigated.
He urged anyone with information to contact Kajang Police Station chief Insp Shisheewady Ruzani at 016-8565670 to assist investigations.
