Hellas Verona have opened talks to sign AC Milan striker Daniel Maldini.
Maldini is the son of Milan director Paolo Maldini.
Verona have approached Milan about a loan deal for the striker.
The 20-year-old Italian forward, who is the third generation of the Maldini family to represent the Rossoneri, only made 13 first team appearances last season under Stefano Piol.
Maldini is contracted to Milan until 2024.
