Former Barcelona striker Thierry Henry has rejected doubts around coach Xavi.

Xavi is under pressure at Barca after their Champions League round of 16 hopes were dashed by Bayern Munich last night.

Henry said in the aftermath: "At the end of the day, results are what count, you could see that recently in England, with the dismissal of Steven Gerrard [at Aston Villa]. But, nowadays, if Barcelona had another coach, the volcano would erupt. It would be worse than now.

"In the LaLiga, they are second. But hey, they will always judge you when you are a coach of Barça.

"When you are a coach, you never have time and Barcelona bet everything on the Champions League, they need that money..."
