Following its success in South Korea, Puradak Chicken is bringing its collaboration with Napoli Matfia to Hong Kong. The special Napoli Toowoomba chicken was made in partnership with the Culinary Class Wars winner for the chain’s 10th anniversary. From July 1 to July 11, a limited amount of the special chicken set will be available daily in Hong Kong for only HKD 20 each.
Napoli Matfia, whose real name is Chef Kwon Sung-jun, is joining hands with Puradak Chicken for its 10th anniversary. The result is the Napoli Toowoomba, which combines the chef’s culinary knowledge with the chain’s famous Toowoomba chicken. The limited dish has been a huge hit in South Korea, and now Puradak Chicken is bringing it over to Hong Kong too.

The Napoli Toowoomba chicken features the franchise’s crispy oven-fried chicken, which is crispy on the outside but moist inside. A rich, spicy, and creamy Toowomba sauce coats the chicken. While the usual Toowoomba chicken comes with regular pasta, the collaboration dish features chewy potato gnocchi tossed with the chicken. The finishing touch is a generous sprinkle of grated parmesan and parsley on top.
