KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Law Society (SLS) announced that the High Court will deliver its decision on the substantive Judicial Review regarding Sabah’s constitutional right to 40pc of net revenue on Friday, 3 October 2025, 9 am, at the Kota Kinabalu Court Complex.
“This is a historic and significant legal action concerning Sabah’s constitutional rights under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 and the Federal Constitution,” said Sabah Law Society Immediate Past President Datuk Roger Chin.
He invited the public, civil society, and media to attend the open court proceedings.
