Heavy rain along with hailstorms are set to continue in many places of Himachal Pradesh as the state’s Meteorological Centre has issued a yellow weather alert for three districts on Wednesday.

Kangra, Chamba and Lahaul and Spiti will be experiencing light to moderate rain accompanied with hail, thunderstorms and gusty winds throughout the day. Weather, however, is expected to remain mostly dry in rest parts of the state.

Also, minimum temperatures are expected to remain normal throughout the day as no large changes in the temperature are expected for today.

Minimum temperature in Shimla is 16.2°C, Dharamshala 16.7°C, Manali 12.5°C, Solan 17.6°C, Kangra 21.6°C, Sundernagar 19°C, Bhuntar 17.8°C, Kalpa 10°C, Bilaspur 22°C, Mandi 19°C, Kufri 12.9°C, Keylong 10.1°C, Nahan 18.3°C, Una 19°C and Paonta Sahib 26°C.

Kukumseri village in Lahaul and Spiti was the coldest place in the state as it recorded 6.8°C minimum temperature.
