Davender Singh Shyam, chairman, and Vinay Singh, managing director of the Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank, paid a visit to Reserve Bank of India Governor Sanjay Malhotra at his office in Mumbai today.
They expressed gratitude to the Governor for participating in the National Cooperative Conference — organised by the bank in Shimla on September 13-14, 2025, to mark the International Year of Cooperatives. They also thanked the Governor for fulfilling most of the demands raised by the cooperative sector.
The bank’s management also raised the issue regarding the RBI guidelines issued on November 28, 2025.
