If you want to watch the FIFA World Cup Final with a crowd this weekend, Hisense is giving Kuala Lumpur a big reason to head to Dataran Merdeka. The brand is setting up a giant screen in the heart of the city for football fans to catch the final together.
A 30 metre screen at Dataran Merdeka
Hisense Malaysia is a strategic partner of Fiesta Piala Dunia x Uniti Merdeka 2026, held in collaboration with RTM. As part of it, the Hisense Football Final Match Fest runs from 17 to 19 July 2026 at Dataran Merdeka, with the final shown on a 30 metre LED screen. It is billed as a record setting screen experience for the city.
More than the match
Beyond the screening, Hisense is running an experiential booth with some of its latest home products, including a Mini-LED ULED TV, a Three Drum Washing Machine, a 4-Door Inverter Fridge and a MicroLED VIDAA TV. It is a chance to see the line-up in person while you are there for the football.
There are prizes on offer too. Hisense is holding lucky draw sessions, with a draw on 19 July, and the prizes include nine units of the Hisense Q6Q Series 55-inch VIDAA QLED TV.
Worth the trip
Public watch parties for a final are always more fun than watching alone at home, and a free one in the middle of the city is easy to say yes to. The Hisense Fan Zone sits on the field at Dataran Merdeka, so bring friends and settle in for the final this weekend.
