Aleksandr Hleb insists Arsenal will challenge Manchester City for this season's Premier League title.
The Gunners currently lead City at the top of the table.
Former Arsenal star Hleb told Metaratings: “Of course, it's great that the club's management gave (Mikel) Arteta carte blanche, they waited and believed all this time, this is bearing fruit now.
"A young, fast, technical team is now showing beautiful and productive football on emotions and courage.
"It seems to me that Arsenal and Manchester City will fight for the championship this season."
