Kota Kinabalu: Angkatan Perpaduan Sabah (APS) fully supports the call for the return of Labuan to Sabah’s administration.
APS President, Datuk Seri Wilfred Bumburing said apart from some infrastructural development, there is no significant economic development in Labuan.
This, he said, particularly involved the standard of living of inhabitants there.
