Holland coach Ronald Koeman admits Gini Wijnaldum's international career could be over.
The former Liverpool midfielder left PSG last week for Al-Ettifaq.
Koeman said: Gini called me and I don't want to give too many details about that.
"PSG asked for such an amount that other clubs did not want or could not get it. Brozovic and Cristiano Ronaldo also continue to play for their national team. I am not saying in advance that Saudi Arabia is a league from which I no longer select players.
"Will many players go to Saudi Arabia? It's strange. It's my personal opinion. I understand the financial aspect, but I would prefer to play for a big club in Europe."
