SANDAKAN: The issue of homeless children and teenagers loitering in the midtown area, especially in front of banks, has become more serious lately.
Elopura Assemblyman Calvin Chong said he has received reports from several banks regarding the issue of abandoned children and teenagers who often hang around in bank premises.
“The bank manager himself contacted me to inform me of this matter, he also asked for my help so that action can be taken immediately to address this problem.
