Kota Kinabalu: Tai Hong Hai hit the hole-in-one jackpot at the July Ballsweep 2022 held at Labuan Golf Club on July 3.
He took home the RM25,000 cash and despite coming second to Harris Mahanshah (69) in category A on count back with Wahroni Noor (70) in third, he also claimed one of the bull’s eye prizes.
The monthly meet also saw Lim Foo Ann (68) take the category B title with Jeffrey Kopong (70) in second place and Albert Wong (72) in third, while the top three places in category C went to Jimmy See, Alice Wong and Abzillah Sabli.
Idris Mohammad (78) was the gross winner on count back over Ariff Azril Teo.
There were five winners in the non-member category with Desmond Qwek taking the top spot followed by Hector Marvyn, Syamsul Qhamar, Zahayie Harun and Zaldy Ismail.
Meanwhile, Hector Marvyn was the other bull’s eye winner.
