If you’re planning to hop around Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, or Indonesia, Hotlink just made things a lot easier, as the telco has boosted its Hotlink Travel SIM to offer unlimited-speed data across all four countries, dropping the old 12Mbps cap and giving travellers full access to the fastest 5G connectivity available.
And to make things even more convenient, the RM35 Travel SIM now comes in eSIM format, so you can activate it straight from the Hotlink app without fiddling with physical cards. Details-wise, it lasts 15 days and includes unlimited speed, 100GB FUP, unlimited calls within Malaysia, and full usage across the four supported countries.
Meanwhile, the RM60 version doubles the validity to 30 days, bumps the FUP to 200GB, and offers the same unlimited-speed data and regional coverage (Although this has no eSIM activation just yet). You can grab this at Maxis Centres in KLIA Terminal 1 and 2, Langkawi International Airport, Penang International Airport, and several tourist hotspots too.
