SANDAKAN: Three wooden houses in Kampung Nelayan, Batu 10, here were destroyed in a fire incident on Friday morning.
Chief station of Sandakan Fire and Rescue Department, PKPgB Nor Azizi Che Noh, said they rushed to the scene after receiving a distressed call at 7.20am.
“All three wooden houses were burnt to ground. The operation ended at 9.45am,” he said in a statement. Meanwhile, in BELURAN, a wooden house in Kampung Botition, was also destroyed in an incident which occurred around 9.30pm last Thursday.
There was no casualty reported in both incidents. The cause and loss are still under investigation.
