How Mossad is planning new tactics to take down the Iranian regime – report

  • Roman Gofman, the new head of Israel’s Mossad spy agency, is reportedly planning to transform the organisation and adopt new strategies to topple the Iranian government.
  • Gofman's approach differs from his predecessor David Barnea, whose methods, including social media campaigns and involving Kurds, Gofman reportedly views as having failed.
  • Taking office on 2 June, Gofman is the first "outsider" to lead Mossad since 2011, having previously served as Benjamin Netanyahu’s military secretary.
