Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly agreed a deal for Real Betis playmaker Giovani Lo Celso.

Spurs will pay an initial 52million, with a further 8m in add-ons, according to the Daily Record.

The Argentine is viewed as a long-term successor to Christian Eriksen, who has entered the final year of his contract.

He will become the club's third signing of the summer.
