
Chris Hughes has returned to Chelsea as new head of academy medical.
Hughes has also been named first team doctor. He had worked at Chelsea for five years from 2012 before leaving for Tottenham.
He is now reunited with former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge.
