Championship side Hull City are the frontrunners to sign Fabio Carvalho on loan from Liverpool.
The Portuguese has returned to the Anfield club after a miserable spell at RB Leipzig.
Now, per The Mail, he is set for a move to a second division club in England.
There was interest from both Wolves and Sheffield United, but Liverpool believe that minutes are what Carvalho needs.
They are concerned he may find himself on the bench at one of those Premier League clubs.
He only managed 360 minutes of action in Germany, which has stagnated his growth.
