The polite way to overtake another vehicle on the road is to put the signal to use and overtake when the visibility is good. A viral video shows a female passenger in a Singapore-registered vehicle standing in the middle of the road and blocking other vehicles so others in her car could overtake.
According to the information on the video, the incident took place yesterday (September 15) at the Malaysia-Singapore second link, where the traffic was congested.
In the video, the middle-aged woman, who was in the passenger seat, rushed out from the car and stood in the middle of the road to block the dashcam owner from driving further, and allowed the driver of the Singapore-registered car to cut the queue.
When the dashcam owner stepped on the pedal, the woman refused to stop and continued to allow her car to overtake while tapping on the dashcam owner’s hood to “warn” him to stop.
Throughout the process, her hand was the “weapon” used to “shield” herself.
It is also understood that the driver of the Singapore-registered car is a male.
The woman returned to her car and turned around just to raise her hand to express her dissatisfaction towards the owner of the car that had been cut in line.
