Kota Kinabalu: A 36-year-old man was charged with causing hurt to his wife with a helmet.
Aarol Kurin pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Marilyn Kelvin to the charge against him.

The offence, under Section 324/326A of the Penal Code, carries a jail term of up to 10 years, or with fine, or with whipping, or with any of two such punishment, on conviction.
