A tragic collision on Brunei’s Penanjong-Tutong Highway has gone viral online after an SUV struck a massive crocodile attempting to cross the road.

Images of the incident show the crocodile’s carcass lying across the highway, with the SUV involved parked nearby, its front end visibly damaged.
A video recorded by a passing motorist also shows bystanders redirecting traffic to ensure road safety while waiting for authorities to arrive.
According to Borneo Bulletin, it happened on a highway along Jalan Penanjong in Tutong.
The crocodile, believed to be crossing the highway, was struck by the SUV, leading to its death.
