The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has announced that several online services will be temporarily unavailable from February 28 to March 2, 2025, as part of preparations for its upcoming dividend announcement.

Service Disruptions from February 28 to March 1

EPF members and employers should take note that the following services will be inaccessible from 1:00 PM on February 28 until March 1:

KWSP i-Akaun App & Web Portal

Self-Service Terminals (SST)

i-Invest

i-Lindung

i-Saraan/i-Suri Online Registration

Extended Disruptions Until March 2

Additionally, from February 28, 1:00 PM to March 2, the following services will also be affected:

i-Akaun (Member) Classic Version

i-Akaun (Employer)

i-Akaun (Business Partner)

ePayroll

EPF has assured that all services will resume as scheduled and has apologized for any inconvenience caused during this period.

Dividend Announcement Scheduled for March 1

EPF is set to hold a briefing on March 1, 2025, to announce the 2024 dividend rate. Reports suggest that the dividend rate could reach 6.00%, potentially the highest in three years.

Members are advised to complete any necessary online transactions before the scheduled downtime and stay tuned for the official dividend announcement.
