SANDAKAN: Warisan President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said the proposal for him to be Prime Minister at one time was suggested by Lim Guan Eng, Anthony Loke, Mohammad Sabu and Tun Dr Mahathir.
“No, it was not my main objective. Our main objective was putting the economy in good condition and unemployment resolved as well as people without jobs and without food on the ground needing more attention,” he said, after a ceramah in support of Batu Sapi candidate Alias Sani at Kg Sundang Laut.
Also present were Karamunting Assemblyman George Hiew and other Warisan leaders.
