There are just two more sleeps until Black Friday 2025 officially kicks off – but big discounts are already dropping from hundreds of UK retailers and brands. Amazon’s Black Friday week is live, and Currys, John Lewis and Argos have all launched early savings. Brands, including Charlotte Tilbury, Nintendo, Dyson and Ninja are also getting in on the action.
As The Independent’s senior shopping writer, I’ve been covering Black Friday for half a decade, so I know what’s worth your money (and what’s not). When does Amazon's Black Friday sale end?

If you’re gearing up to load your basket, it’s worth becoming an Amazon Prime member. New subscribers can enjoy a free 30-day trial, which includes unlimited same-day delivery on eligible orders of more than £20 and fast one-day delivery across the UK. Prime members will also get access to exclusive discounts throughout the event.
As is the case at myriad retailers, most Amazon Black Friday deals will end on Cyber Monday (1 December). You may still see a few deals hanging around after this date, but the majority of offers will come to an end, and those that are still live may have smaller reductions after 1 December.

A fitness writer's guide to the best Lululemon Black Friday deals

It’s been confirmed that RSD-affiliated shops will have limited-run releases from Fleetwood Mac, Joni Mitchell, Prince & The Revolution, Billie Eilish, Fred again.., Deee-Lite, Ghost, Sam Fender & Olivia Dean, Led Zeppelin, The Flaming Lips, Dr Dre and plenty more.
The releases land in participating indie record shops from 8am on Friday 28 November, with any remaining stock going online the following day at 8am. As always, availability varies by store, so it’s worth checking with your local shop before you queue.
