A British man moved out to Dubai a week before Iranian drones and missiles started flying over the country as retaliation for US-Israeli strikes.
James Anderson told The Independent: "I moved out with my company, to work out here full time. I spent a week here, which was good fun, and then everything started kicking off on Saturday night.”
"We were going to different beach clubs, trying to experience the Dubai life, and then, very suddenly, change within one week.”
When asked whether they would try to return home, Anderson said they felt safe, and they did not feel an immediate need to come back to the UK.
