In what was thought to be a love letter, a Malaysian woman was shocked to read the contents of a piece of paper left on the windshield of her car.
The anonymous writer warned the woman about a hidden, slithering danger in the bonnet of her car – a python.
In a viral TikTok post by @risshas, the woman shared the contents of the note, in which the anonymous (but thoughtful) writer reminded her to contact the nearest fire brigade immediately. And she did.
The woman patiently waited by her car, which was parked in front of a residential building in KL, citing that it was her first time experiencing such a matter where a reptile slithered and found shelter inside her car.
“I don’t know if I should be excited or scared.”
“Thankfully, there was a kind soul who left the note on my windshield. I couldn’t imagine what would happen if I didn’t know about the python.”
In her post, the woman also thanked the firefighters who helped remove the snake from her car.
“Thank God for the note”
Many netizens pointed out that the note on her windshield had saved her life, and despite the writer’s unknown identity, social media users thanked the person for the thoughtful gesture.
“Let’s pray for the well-being of the anonymous writer.”
“If not for the note, the python would’ve stayed in the bonnet. Regardless, thankfully, no one is injured.”
“It’s not just the note but how the person provided the nearest location to the fire brigade and the contact number. All that effort just to keep someone safe.”
We could only imagine if the python remained in the bonnet and followed the woman home.
